Nearly 20% of Caribou guests already customize their beverages with oat milk or almond milk, with app-using Caribou Perks members leading the charge. The company previously offered complimentary non-dairy milk options to all customers in its locations nationwide as a limited-time offer until May 3. Now, this benefit will continue exclusively for Caribou Perks members who order through the app.
Caribou Perks members enjoy various rewards and exclusives, such as free birthday drinks, discounts, and special promotions. The addition of free non-dairy customization when ordering through the app is another perk as the brand continues to expand its plant-based menu offerings. Customers can try Caribou’s signature Crafted Press with oat milk and oat milk cold foam, a Vanilla Espresso Shaker with oat milk, or the Just Egg™ Roasted Tomato and Pesto Flatbread.
